There are potential risks and monetary liabilities to the homeowner for using an unregistered contractor. Further information can be obtained at 1-800-647-0982. Thee-person signing this condition is either the homeowner, agent for the owner or a registered contractor according to WA state law. X 2) Owner/Agenti is responsible to post the assigned address and/or purchase and post private road signs in accordance with Mason County Title 14.28. X 3) Approved pe�dimensions and setbacks on submitted site plan. Setbacks are measured from the furthest projection of the structure. X 4) ALL SURFACE WATER AND POTENTIAL RUNOFF WILL BE CONTROLLED ON SITE AND SHALL NOT ADVERSLY AFFECT ANY ADJACENT PROPERTIES NOR�N,GkIEASE THE VELOCITY FLOW ENTERING OR ABUTTING TO ANY STATE OR COUNTY CULVERTING/DITCHING SYSTEM OR ROTWAY. X 5) The development is located on a Class II - Highly Susceptible Critical Aquifer Recharge Area. The Mason County Resource Ordinance regulates development on ct`itical aquifer recharge areas. A"Title Notification" acknowledging the use on the aquifer has been recorded within the Mason County Auditor's Office by the owner. All drainage and stormwater must be installed and maintained as approved for the protection of the aquifer. Exceeding this limitation could result in over-use of the onsite septic and possible failure to the drainfield. 8) An NFPA 72 automatic fire alarm system is required to be installed, the system is required to be fully monitored by a UL certified monitoring company. A separate ge� rit application is required to be submitted and approved prior to the installation of the system. X 12) CONSTRUCTION 6OCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE ADOPTED BUILDING CODE. The construction of the permitted project is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in conformance with the intofnational codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a Mason County Build g Inspector shall be made prior to requesting additional inspections. X 13) All building permit$ shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration. The failure to request a final in pection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with Ma o County ordinances and building regulations. X 14) All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the time for action for a period:not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder have"prevented action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted. X v 15) Pressure treated wo d manufactured after January 1, 2004 may contain high concentrations of copper which could quickly corrode metal fasteners, connecto and flashing. Install metal connectors approved for contact with the new types of pressure treated material. X COM2014-00086 Page 3 of 5 16) Grow rooms created by 6-mil fire retardant material meeting a flame spread rating of 0-25 and a smoke developed index of 0-450 is approved subject to the following criteria: 1) Walls and ceilings shall be fastened in such a manne that the materials will not readily become detached where subjected to room temperatures of 200 degrees fahrenheit for not less than 30-minutes (ref IBC 803.10) 2) Interior finish materials shall be installed in accordance with it's intended use with product mounting system or as approved otherwise. (IBC 803) 3) Interior wall and ceilibg finish materials less than 1/4-inch thick shall be applied directly onto a wall, ceiling, or structural element without the use of furring strips and hall not be suspended away from the building element ti which it is applied except where exceptions of IBC803.11.4 apply. See code informatio provided with approved construction plan. Provide compliance information at inspection prepared and sealed by the licensed design professional. X 17) Draftstopping shall be installed in to subdivide attic spaces in accordane with IBC 718.4 such that any horizontal area of attics and concealed roof I spaces do not ceed 3000 sq. ft.
