We have reviewed the report carefully and made the adjustments as listed below: Item 1 Completed Item 2 Completed Item 3 Completed Item 4 Completed Item 5 Completed Item 6 Completed Item 7 Completed Item 8 Completed Item 9 Completed Item 10 Completed Item 11 Completed Item 12 Completed Item 13 Completed Item 14 Completed Item 15 Completed Item 16 Completed Item 17 Completed Item 18 Completed Item 19 Completed A test of the fire alarm and sprinkler system has been scheduled for June 17. We will forward a copy of the report to your office when the test has been completed. Item 1 in the gymnasium will be completed as of the end of the school year on June 13 since we are reorganizing our building usage. We would request consideration that this lobby exit is an unnecessary as a fire exit since there is an adjacent double exterior door in the southeast corner of the gym to serve as a An Equal Opportunity Employer 1 � primary exit. Please inform us of the process to obtain this approval. Item 2 in the gymnasium section is under study to modify the exit to eliminate the panic bar since this is not a designated fire exit. This work will be completed this summer. Item 3 will be completed when the bulbs that have ordered arrive. We believe that corrections have been or will be completed by June 17. We would request your re-inspection to be scheduled during that week. Will you please confirm the re-inspection date in advance with us so that this matter may be completed.
