1) 3000 PSI CONCRETE WILL REQUIRE SPECIAL INSPECTION IF THE QUANTITY EXCEEDS 50 CUBIC YARDS< LESSER AMOUNTS WILL
REQUIRE AN APPROVED CONCRETE SUPPLIER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A BATCH TICKET AT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
SUBMITTED TO THE SITE INSPECTOR FOR THE VERIFICATION OF MATERIAL USED. X /_

3) ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST MEET OR EXCEED ALL LOCAL CODES AND THE INTERNATIONAL CODE REQUIREMENTS AND
OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO THE PERMITTED AND APPROVED CLASSIFICATION. ANY CHANGE OF U50R OCCUPANCY WOULD

5) Any changes in construction shall be reviewed by engineer of record and submitted in writing to the Mason County Building Department prior to
construction. All engineering documents are a part of the approved set of plans and must remain attached thereto. If engineering documents are
removed, approval will not be granted. In addition, a reinspection fee, based on the current fee schedule, minimum one-hour will be charged and
collected a Mason County Building Department prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted.

6) CO STRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE
ADOPTED BUILDING CODE.
The construction of the permitted project is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in
conformance with the international codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a
Mason t:Bj.lilding Inspector shall be made prior to requesting additional inspections.

7) All building permits shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration. The
failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being
non-cojpVant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations.

8) All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the
time for action for a period not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control
of t27iit holadr have prevented action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted.

9) All approved plans are required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If inspection is called for and plans are not on site, Approval WILL NOT be
granted. In addition, a reinspection fee, based on the current fee schedule, minimum one-hour w a charged and collected by the Mason County
Building Department prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted. X
10) All property lines shall be clearly identified at the time of foundation inspection. X
11) Contractor registration laws are governed under RCW 18.27 and enforced by the WA State Dept of Labor and Industries, Contractor Compliance
Division. There are potential risks and monetary liabilities to the homeowner for using an unregistered contractor. Further information can be
obtained at 1-800-647-9,902. The person signing this condition is either the homeowner, agent for the owner or a registered contractor according to
WA state law. X
12) Setbacks on highway frontage is measured from the edge of the easement. Easement width is established by State DOT.
13) ApproyM per dimensions and setbacks on submitted site plan. Setbacks are measured from the furthest projection of the structure.

14) The approved site plan is required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If inspection is called for and the site plan is not on site, Approval WILL

Coun ilding Department prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted.

15) An inspe tion performed by the engineer of record or thier representative shall be completed on-site during the compaction of quarry rock, prior to
the footing pour and during the compaction of native backfill to verify that earthwork and foundation installation activities comply with the engineers
report and recommendations.
Reports shall be submitted to the Mason County Building Dept., PO Box 186, Shelton, WA 98584, prior to the footing and final inspections and
available fn ion.

16) In addition to the inspections required in IBC, Section 109, the owner, the engineer or architect of record acting as the owner's agent shall employ
one or more special inspectors who shall provide inspections during construction on the types of work listed under Chapter 17 and as specified by
the design professional. The special inspectors duties& responsibilities shall be as specified in Chapter 17.
Special inspection reports shall be submitted to the Mason County Building Department, PO Box 186, Shelton WA 98584 and available for
inspection. Inspection reports shall be completed and submitted to the dept. in a timely manner and shall be submitted prior to the framing and
final o pections.

17) The image and/or message shall remain fixed for at least 5 seconds and the only animation or appearance of movement allowed is the transition
from on ssad/or image to another by the scrolling on and/or off of the message and/or image.

18) The size, to ation, movement, content, coloring or manner of illumination shall not be confused with or construed as a traffic control sign, signal or
device, or the light of an emergency or radio equipment vehicle, or obstruct the visibility of traffic or street sign or signal device from the traffic
intended a served by the sign, signal or device.

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days,or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is
commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied. Proof of continuation of
work is by means of a progress inspection.The owner or the agent on the owners behalf, represents that the information provided is accurate and grants employees of Mason County access to
the above described property and structure for review and inspection.
