We do not see anything wrong With the instslIation that would affect the operation of our

Great Lakes Warranty is one year parts&labor, 2nd through 5th year pars only.

.any standard Refrigeration Air Dryer manufactured by Great Lakes Air Products is warranted to be frte
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years to original
purchaser effective from date of shipment from manufacturers plant Said warranty consists of 1 year
for job site labor and S years covering OEM replacement parts. Great Cakes Air Produce will not be
responsible for the following ittms: frevn, imuiation, suction or liquid line ftiters, float drains, torch
charge, reclaiming charge, Travel time, truck charges, freight damages, or any parts not original to the
dryer.
Any standard Desiccant Air Dryer manufactured by Great Lakes Air Products fs warranted to be tree
from detects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of t year to the original
purchaser effective from date of shipment from manufacture's plant
In aU cases, seller must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and inspect any assumed
defects. At seller's optfcn, buyer most return any defectve materials to sellers plant or authorized
depot at buyer's expense. Freight cliarges for returned or replacement machines or parts are not the
responsibilirty of Great Lakes Air Products.
This warranty covers the complete standard model Great lakes Air Dryer including options, excepting
customer malntairied components such as separator float assembly, or desiccant replacement.
Seller's liability whether on warranty contract or othermrt shall be lL-nited to repair or replacement of
material found within such period to be defective. In no event shall the seller be liable jor
consequential or spacial'damages-
This shall constitute the exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, and Great Lakes Air Products shall noc
be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation damages or
other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligenea, fouling caused by foreign
rnaterfal, damage from adverse air conditions, chemicals, or any circumstances over which Great takes
Air Products has no control. This warranty shall be invalidated by any abuse, misuse, misapplication or
frnproper installation of ttte products,or failure to maintain and clean conderuer and or lubricate fan-
The e liabllizy of Great Lakes Air Products for ail loss or damage resulting from nor conforming goods or-
tender, induding breach of any and all warranties, shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of
the particular goods -Mth respect to which the loss or darnage occurred.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties oral or written, expressed or implied, including warrarn7es
of mtrchantabiiity or frutess for a spedfic purpose are hereby excluded and disdalmed. This warranty
shall not apply to any equipment which has been subjected to misuse, shipping damage, non-
payment neglect or acddent nor shalt it apply to any equipmehrtt which has been repaired or
altered by persesns not authorized for each inddent wf h a Great Lakes Air Products
Authorization number.
