There appear to be no outstanding/unresolved non-conformance reports except report FR91978 dated May 5, 2008 by John Kupferschmid (JK) regarding bolted connections jiot in full contact at Building No.1. All other outstanding or incomplete items at all completed buildings have either been corrected in accordance with project documents, or the engineer of record has accepted the as-built condition. I contacted Mr. Kupferschmid on this date to determine if the condition observed at Building 1 might have been re-inspected during subsequent inspections in other buildings. JK reported to me that; following an inspection of Building 2 on May 9 or May 16, 2008, Rognlins' superintendant (Mike) had asked JK to observe completed repair work at building 1. The request came at the end of the day just prior to locking up the site; and, Mike could not wait for a report, so one was not written. JK has advised me that the purlin connections and column bolts referenced on FR91978 did appear to be in substantial conformance with project requirements at that time. All other outstanding or incomplete inspection items at all completed buildings have either been corrected in accordance with project documents, or the engineer of record has accepted the as-built condition. I contacted Mr. Kupferschmid on this date to determine if the condition observed at Building 1 might have been re-inspected during subsequent inspections in other buildings. JK reported to me that; following an inspection of Building 2 on May 9 or May 16, 2008, Rognlins' superintendant (Mike) had asked JK to observe completed repair work at building 1. The request came at the end of the day just prior to locking up the site; and, Mike could not wait for a report, so one was not written. JK has advised me that the purlin connections and column bolts referenced on FR91978 did appear to be in substantial conformance with project requirements at that time. To my best of knowledge, the above WAS performed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
