An additional 2in conduit will be installed for future needs of the utility (i.e. repair of line with replacement line). All trenching will be done by a backhoe and will terminate in existing transformers. Portions of Lakeland Drive, Westlake Drive North, Lakeshore Drive, Westlake Pl, Westlake Way within the 200 ft shoreline jurisdiction of Anderson Lake. PUD cknowledges that the additional conduit approved under this normal maintenance and repair section,is understood by MasorlCounty to be for future utility line repair as described here. Should the utility elect to use the conduit approved in this project for use other than described here,a shoreline Substantial Development Permit application shall be submitted for the project,and shall be understood to include the portion of this current project originally approved for future power line repair,but now being proposed for a different use. x Page 1 of 1
