Please find attached for your records, a copy of the Mason County Fire District#11 letter dated January
1, 2013 confirming the installation of the required Knox Box for the Space Saver Mini Storage. Also
enclosed is a photograph of the Knox Box which was installed adjacent to the key pad. Please confirm

NOVASTAR and Space Saver Mini Storage-
Yesterday I received your packet with the pictures, passcode,and key to the Space Saver Mini
Storage facility.I have personally placed the passcode card and key into the KNOX box and secured it.
The reflective KNOX sticker was also placed on the padlock gate for easy recognition for fire personnel.
The access to your KNOX box is only made by our department if there is an emergency needing us to
access the facility,and for a yearly check of the key and passcode card.Our department checks your
KNOX box yearly and cleans and lubricates as needed.We appreciate your time and willingness to assist
us in a more fire safe community and look forward to working with you in the future.
