Scott Fournier, the Port of Shelton's new port operations manager has delivered a copy of an
auditor's office request for recording of a document. The document being recorded is an
Operation and Maintenance Covenant form as requested by Public Works to cover the continuing
operation and maintenance of the proposed stormwater control facilities at the port of Shelton's
Business Park North.
The form and content of the covenant being recorded is deemed acceptable by Public Works, and
satisfies Public Works concerns regarding this proposal to date.
Please notify Public Works when the proposed stormwater control features are completed so that
they can be inspected for conformance with the approved plans.
