Plan Submittal Requirements
Your plan submittal shall include the following_
1. Plans shall be on standard 24"x 36"paper, drawn to scale with dimensions and north arrow.
2. Site and Floor plan with cross sectional and exterior elevations.
3. Location of occupancy and/or area separation walls,partitions, stairway enclosures, concealed spaces, etc.
4. Cut sheets and/or references for all new devices.
5. Location/description of all new and existing devices.
6. Battery calculations.
7. Wiring diagrams per floor or zone overlaid on an accurate floor plan.
8. Electrical riser diagram showing all zones, circuits, devices, and end-of-line resistors.
9. Hydraulic calculations.
10. Copy of Contractors bid.
11. Underground Systems;
a) NICET FPE Certification
b) Underground Civil drawings
c) Bedding detail
d) Truss blocking/Mega Lugs detail
e) Depth/Material for burial
f) Pipe size and Type
For marijuana extraction see Extraction Permit Information attached.
Extraction information must to be provided with permit application. Including a Mechanical Engineered
design in accordance with WAC 314-55-104. Identify where the work will take place and identify
equipment that will be installed. If cooking will be done as part of the business identify location and
provide cooking information.
Fees
The permit fee will be assessed based on the submitted contractor bid for the project or a minimum of S168.50.
A plan review fee will be calculated at 65%of the permit fee(minimum $109.50) and is due upon submittal of
permit application.
Owner's Affidavit
I certify that I am aware of the ordinance requirements regulating the work for which the permit is issued and
certify that all work will be in compliance with this ordinance. No changes will be made without first obtaining
approval from the ason unty Fire Marshal.

Thank you for your help.
If we make the owner post "Do Not Use Flammable/Combustible Paint"would you as the manufacture have any
issues with the paint booth being placed within 18" of the back wall, 34" to one side, 77" to the other and 70" to
the opening in the front. I recognize that the code commentary states that this is for Firefigher Access, but given
the use of non-flammable/ non-combustible paints I do not see any hazards as long as there are not any specific
manufacture requirement for this booth.

I believe you would need the same setbacks regardless of what type material you are spraying. The operator
could spray any type of paint regardless of what is stated.

Just want to make sure there are no special requirements from the manufacture. I would assume is the paint is
non combustible/ non flammable then these requirements would not apply.

and independent freight haulers for shipping. We negotiate the most competitive freight

Delivery and Unloading
Customer is responsible for unloading shipment from truck. Standard Tools and Equipment
will assume no responsibility for any additional charges or damages that may be
incurred as a result of unloading from the delivering carrier's truck. Freight carriers
have restrictions on delivering to residential addresses and may require pick-up at
freight terminal. Lifts will require a fork-lift to unload. It is advantageous in those
cases to ship to a freight terminal where the terminal personnel will unload the
product and load it onto the customer's trailer or truck. Lifts cannot be unloaded
using a lift gate vehicle. We cannot advise customers of exact time of delivery as
we do not ship on our own trucks. We will give our customers an estimated time of
delivery and provide them with tracking information.
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. For your protection, any
external damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order
to qualify for a claim against the freight carrier. Concealed damages must be reported
to the freight company within three days of delivery. It is the customer's
responsibility to file for damage claims against the freight company.
Shortages/missing parts from paint booth orders must be reported to Standard Tools
customer service within 30 days of delivery.
Warranties
All products that appear on our websites or in our catalogs are warranted by Standard
Tools and Equipment or the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship
to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are implied.
Contact our sales and customer service department for the warranty on specific
models.
We provide a parts warranty only. No warranty provided on labor, loss of product use,
or loss of business revenue and profits.
Warranty Returns
Warranty returns for defective products or parts must be authorized in advance and
claim must be applied for by the expiration of the warranty period. Customer is

damage during return. Product returned as defective that proves upon inspection not
to be defective will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% plus return
freight. Credit for warranty returns to third party vendors will be subject to
their returns policy.
Warranty Replacement
Replacement products or parts will be sent out at "No Charge" upon receipt of the
defective product from the customer. Alternatively, if the customer wishes to have
the warranty replacement shipped prior to the return of the defective product, then
the customer must pay for the replacement product at shipping. Credit/refund will
be issued to customer upon receipt of defective product. Customer is responsible
for loading and unloading warranty replacements.
Returns
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Contact our Customer Service
Department for instructions and a return authorization number.
Customers may return any unused stock item in the original packaging within 30
days of purchase subject to a 20% restocking fee. All freight charges related
to the original shipment and the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Custom manufactured items are not returnable.
No credit will be given on unauthorized returns.
Shipments refused by customers and returned to Standard Tools and Equipment will
be treated as unauthorized returns. Credit will be subject to restocking charges
and freight charges related to the return.
Terms of Sale
Standard Tools and Equipment tries to maintain sufficient inventory on all catalog
products to ensure prompt delivery. However, due to high sales volume, some
products may be temporarily out of stock. Standard Tools and Equipment will make
every effort to process your order in a timely fashion. In no event shall Standard

The standard installation cost does not include:
- Chemical distribution pipe, conduit for electrical and detection, and miscellaneous

and location of the installed booth. )
- All Permitting cost.
- Electrical or alarm connections to the system for shut down and alarm purposes.
This must be completed by a certified electrician or alarm company.
- Customers in remote locations may incur additional installation travel fees.
- Final Test Fees for certification when applicable.
(The price for the system is based on the exhaust stack going straight up through the
roof with a maximum duct run of 22 ft. More costs will be incurred if the booth or
stack is modified and if there are any obstructions noted by the installer. )
The miscellaneous costs for the above non-included items are to be negotiated between
theowner/end-user and the local licensed installation company prior to any work
commencing. These costs are not the responsibility of Standard Tools and Equipment
Co. or TFPP/Pyro-Chem®.

The electrical control panel is certified by Intertek/ETL as compliant with
UL-508A and C 22.2 No. 14. Intertek/ETL authorizes Standard Tools to
manufacture the panels and then apply the ETL/cETL label after successful
testing.
The panel is specific for voltage, phase, motor horsepower and number of
motors. Because Standard Tools is required to maintain accurate records
of labeled products made and shipped, it is critical that the correct
information for the electrical service to be used is provided by the
Buyer.

In order to make sure you get the right exhaust duct package, we will need to know the roof pitch
on the building where the booth will be installed.
Roof pitch is determined by the number of inches it rises vertically for every 12 inches it extends
horizontally. (Also referred to as roof slope or roof slant.)
The illustration below shows the measurements being taken from on top of the roof.
Simply mark a level at 12", hold it perfectly level and measure from the roof surface to your 12"
mark, this will give you the rise.
So what does this 3:12 in the example below mean?
The 3 means that the roof rises 3" for every 12" it runs.
