1) Fire supression systems are required in the sray booth, dip tank and drying room areas. The fire suppression media is based on the requirements
of th M S. A separate permit application is required to be submitted for and approved prior to the installation of the system.

2A10BC fire extinguishers are required to be installed throughout the building so the maximum distance of travel does not exceed 75 feet in any
dire n nd mounted no more than 60 inches to the top of the unit from the floor.

A key box/ knox box is required to be installed per section 506 of the 2006 Internation Fire Code. Please contact the local fire district for more
infor end inspections.

2) PE TITLE 14 MASON COUNTY BUILDING CODE -CHAPTER 14.17, STANDARDS FOR FIRE APPARATUS ACCESS ROADS - 14.17.110:
A fire apparatus access road in excess of 14% grade and more than 150' to new residential or commercial structures will require an automatic fire
sprinkler system installed. Contact the Mason County Fire Marshal at(360)427-9670, extension 273, for further information.

3) This project is approved for manufacturing purposes only, classified as an F-1 occupancy. The proposed use does not include woodworking
operations.
Woodworking operations with fire areas in excess on 2500 sq. ft. which generate finely divided combustible waste or use finely divided combustible
materials shall be provided with an automatic sprinkler system throughout.

4) Contractor registration laws are governed under RCW 18.27 and enforced by the WA State Dept of Labor and Industries, Contractor Compliance
Division. There are potential risks and monetary liabilities to the homeowner for using an unregistered contractor. Further information can be
obtained at 1-800-647-0 82. The person signing this condition is either the homeowner, agent for the owner or a registered contractor according to
WA state law. X
5) All approved plans are required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If inspection is called for and plans are not on site, Approval WILL NOT be
granted. In addition, a reinspection fee, based on the current fee schedule, minimum one-hour will be charged and collected by the Mason County
Building Department prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted. X
6) Owner/Agent is responsible to post the assigned address and/or purchase and post private road signs in accordance with Mason County Title
14.28

7) Tf reuse, handling and storage of hazardous materials or flammable and combustible liquids in excess of 10 gallons is not allowed without the
approval of the Mason County Fire Marshal. X
8) ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST MEET OR EXCE D ALL LOCAL CODES AND THE INTERNATIONAL CODE REQUIREMENTS AND
OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO THE PERMITTED AND APPROVED CLASSIFICATION. ANY CHANGE OF USE OR OCCUPANCY WOULD
RESULT IN PERMIT REVOCATION. CHANGE OF USE MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CHANGE. x 3
9) Provisions for surface/subsurface drainage control must be implemented with new construction or development on site and MUST NOT adversely
impact adjacent parcels. Under the requirements of Mason County Stormwater Ordinance, either private ditches and drains will meet requirements
of the stormwater ordinance or prior approval will be granted to use an existing utility and drainage easement dedicated for that specific purpose.
For further information regarding this ordinance and the REQUIREMENT to obtain an ACCESS PERMIT for the installation/construction of a
driveway or access connecting from a Mason County Road, Contact the Mason County Public Works Department prior to construction at Ext 450.
For any construction which is proposed to be located within 25' of a Mason County road right of way, it is suggested to contact that office to review
future planned work which may affect your project.

10) Changes to approved building plans that affect compliance to the current Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), ventilation and Indoor Air
Quality Code (VIAQ), Building/Plumbing/Mechanical Codes and/or Mason County Regulations shall be approved prior to construction.

11) C NSTRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE
ADOPTED BUILDING CODE.
The construction of the permitted project is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in
conformance with the international codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a
Mas n County Building Inspector shall be made prior to requesting additional inspections.

12) All building permits shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration. The
failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being
non-com ant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations.

13) All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the
time for action for a period not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control
of the rmit holder have prevented action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted.

14) Recyclable materials & Solid Waste Storage: Space shall be provided for the storage of recycled materials and solid waste. The storage area
shall be des' ned to meet the needs of the occupancy, efficiency of pick-up, and shall be available to occupants and
haulers.X
15) Subject o Best Management Practices Report and supplement completed by Northwest Envirometrics inc 10/23/08 and updated to include
respiratory protection plan 12/8/08. x
16) Water quality is not to be degraded tot a detriment of the aquatic environment as a result of this project.

19) No m e than ten (10) gallons of paint shall be stored on site at any given time. All storage and activities shall have 100% secondary containment.

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days,or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is
commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied. Proof of continuation of
work is by means of a progress inspection.The owner or the agent on the owners behalf, represents that the information provided is accurate and grants employees of Mason County access to
the above described property and structure for review and inspection.
