ANY PORTION OF THE MECHANICAL SYSTEM THAT IS ALTERED OR REPLACED SHALL. MEET THE MINIMUM STANDARDS SET FORTH IN THE 1994 W4EC AND 1997 UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE .
