Property is used as a County Road, parking lot, and public shoreline access.
6. Identify and describe the proposed project, including the type of materials to be used, construction methods,
principal dimensions, and other pertinent information (Attach additional sheets if needed):
The proposed project is to add additional stormwater protection to an existing municipal stormwater utility system. The
additional features to be added include a Department of Ecology approved Filterra device, an additional catch basin, and
an infiltration gallery. The work will be completed by county forces and will involve placing BMP silt fencing at the end of
the project to prevent any possible runoff into waters of the state. Excavation of previously disturbed ground for the
installation of the Filterra (6.33 ft wide x 6.33 ft long x 12 ft depth)device, and excavation of new ground for the installation
of a man hole catch basin (36 inch diameter x 6 ft depth)and infiltration gallery(4 ft wide x 20 ft long x 3 ft depth).
Following completion of work, the disturbed areas will be re-vegetated with native grasses and the BMP silt fence will be
removed.

This permit is granted pursuant to the Interim Resource Ordinance (Chapter 17.01 MCC) and nothing in this permit shall
excuse the applicant from compliance with any other federal, state, or local statutes, ordinances, or regulations applicable
to this project, but not inconsistent with the Interim Resource Ordinance. The permit may be rescinded pursuant to the
event the permittee fails to comply with the conditions of this ordinance.
