PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE REQUEST FORM
The purpose of the pre-submission conference is to identify and/or eliminate as many potential problems as
possible in ovider for the project to be processed without delay. Representatives from the Fire Marshal's Office,Building
Dot, Environmental Health, Planning, and Public Works Departments may attend the meeting to discuss rules
and ragulAti0hil applicable to the proposed project. Topics covered during the meeting will include the comprehensive
plan, shoreline program, zoning, availability of sewer and potable water, development concepts, building construction,
fire protection and life safety concerns of the proposed project. The pre-submission conference vAll be most informative
when you provide accurate and detailed information on the Pre-Submission Conference Application Form and the site
plan. Applications will be accepted when all information is received and deemed complete,
Pre-Submission Conferences are held every, Wednesday and last one hour.To schedule a meeting complete the
application oa both sides and return 10 copies of the detailed site plan to the Mason County Department of Community

This leter is in response to your Initial Review Questionnaire (IRQ), requesting a three
lot short subdivision of property within the Shelton Urban Growth Area. The parcel
involved is 42012-21-loftM and the division of land must meet the standards of the
Mason County Develo %R& Regulations, especially Figure 1.03.032 Development
Densities and Dimensional Requirements, under Shelton Urban Growth Area.
You are scheduled for a Pre-Submission Conference on May 15, 2002, and at the
meeting you will discuss with county staff the standards that you must meet in order to
complete the proposed short subdivision. Michael MacSems will be the planner
representing this Department. .
