If a typical shearwall is being used please indicate a note on plan pages regarding this. I located two shearwalls, on plan page. I could not coordinate those shown and it appears to be further call outs in calculations. 4. 1 understand the raising of the structure, however what will be around the foundation?Will the structure be skirted? It is necessary to show what method of skirting and how it will comply with FEMA requirements for flood venting, If it is going to be open,what method of insulating the floor and how will it be protected from the elements and rodents.
