The above mentioned Onsite Sewage System Application was reviewed by Environmental Health and found more
information is required.
Permit is revoked. Design was approved based on the information provided by the designer that the well was a private
well.We have since determined the well on this property is a public well (Duck Cove#04215B)and therefore the new
design does not meet required setbacks. Since it Is a public well, then the lot does meet minimum lot size requirements
and state waivers may be considered.
