An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43 .21C. 030 (2) (c) . This decision was made after review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Lead Agency. This information is available to the public upon request. MITIGATION MEASURES ARE ATTACHED. This DNS is issued under 197-11-350 (2) , the Lead Agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date below. Comments must be submitted by 03/05/93 . Debris or deleterious material resulting from construction shall be removed from the beach area and project site and shall not be allowed to enter waters of the state. 2. Water quality is not be degraded to the detriment of the aquatic environment as a result of this project. 3. This project also requires a Hydraulic Project Approval from the Washington Department of Fisheries 4. The waterward face of the new concrete bulkhead shall be no further waterward than the face of the existing bulkhead. 5. Excavated materials containing silt, clay, or other fine grained soil shall not be stockpiled on the beach. (exceptions per conditions of Hydraulic Project Approval) 6. Project activities shall be conducted to minimize siltation of beach areas and bed materials. 7. This project also requires a Washington Department of Ecology Water Quality Standards Modification
