Re: Issuance of building permit at 10 E. Swallow Court and 30 E: rHew-CSurt
Dear Barbara:
My son and I spoke with Debbera Cocker on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, in the hopes of picking up the
permits for the above-referenced properties.
Mrs. Cocker was unable to issue the permits, and she recommended that we write a letter to you
requesting your consideration with this matter.
Our company has been unable to build on these properties in a timely fashion due to the economic
conditions of the past few years. It looks like things are improving, and we'd like to build on these now.
Not issuing the permits would be an economic hardship on us, so we'd like them to be issued at this
time. We also feel like it would be good for Mason County to have new housing stock.
Thank you for your kind consideration for our request.
Respectfully,
Timothy G. Uhler
President
