Identify current use of the property with existing improvements: One of the subject properties is currently undeveloped with a dysfunctional creosote timber pile bulkhead present along the shoreline below the OHW.The other subject property has a well maintained concrete bulkhead and single family residence. 6. Identify and describe the proposed project,including the type of materials to be used,construction methods, principle dimensions,and other pertinent information(attach additional sheets,if needed): As mitigation for the proposed floating dock to the south removal of a dysfunctional timber pile bulkhead is proposed as well as the removal of approximately 1,275 square feet of angular stone and restoration,and the installation of a diffuser tee on an existing stormwater outfall pipe. 7. Describe why the action requiring this permit cannot be avoided. The removal of the timber pile bulkhead,angular stone and installation of a diffuser tee are proposed as mitigation for the floating dock proiect located to the south of the subiect property.The timber piles and angular stone are located below the OHW therefore restoration of these areas will require work below the OHW. 8.
