Dear Nikita,
I'm writing today in response to your letter of December 8, 2023. Please forgive my delay. I was
on vacation for the second half of December and the start of 2024 has been a bit hectic.
Yes, I intend to renew my building permit for my house, I'm just delayed due to financing and
life events.
It is my hope to be able to renew my permit and resume construction within the next couple
months. Please let me know if you need further information at this time.
