They plan to install an interior sewage ejection pump to send the wastewater to an existing 1,200 gallon underground septic tank that is already installed onsite. This tank is used minimally for the docks and is already on a pumper's contract with AAA Septic. We will be adding wastewater flow from the building kitchen. We agree to have the tank pumped on a regular basis with a minimum of annually. The tank has a high-level alarm and we have a long-standing relationship with a local septic pumping company and have them under contract to be on standby for regular pump outs.
