Dear Sirs:
This letter is to notify you t �aryl and Verda McClanahan -(owners-
William J. Murphy, Jr. Brook Point Estates Lot #5) have our approval for
a setback variance to build their proposed 8' x 101 second floor addition
which will extend along the property line providing that in squaring out
the existing building the new section will stay within all existing per-
imeters and no overhang will extend beyond the property edge. We also
expect that the new construction will conform to all building, safety,
and fire codes.
