Dear Mr. Amick:
A safety inspection was completed February 21, 1995 by Dana Herron, Building Inspector III.
No safety concerns were visible, smoke detectors were tested and functioned at time of
inspection. All decks were under 30" above finished grade and no guard rail is required. No
wood stove and gas appliances were installed.
This inspection meet all safety requirements and did pass
