The nailing of this wall is to the 2W4 standards. 2. Typical porch rafters have been revised from (2) MC12's @ 24"o.c. to 3x8 VG fir rafters @ 22"o.c.. VG fir rafters have an equivalent 2400Fb-2.OE. Rafters are secured by a single ''/z" dia bolt at eave and (2) '/z" concealed lags thru solid blocking at wall framing. 3. 1 have reviewed shearwall nailing both in person and photographically to confirm conformance with the approved shearwall nailing schedule.
