6) CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE
ADOPTED BUILDING CODE.
The construction of the permitted project is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in
conformance with the international codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a
Mason County Building Inspector shall be made prior to requesting additional inspections.

7) All building permits shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration. The
failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being
non-com I*pant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations.

8) All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the
time for action for a period not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control
of the-vermiLholder have prevented action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted.

9) By definition, propane tanks and heatpumps are structures, which must meet setback conditions. Please check your"Approved Site Plan"to
ensure these structures meet the setback conditions listed.

We haven't received our final elevations yet for the switching station. I'm expecting a 30%design by the end of the
year.The final rock surface will be clean, larger cobble,at 6" uniform depth for substation standards.
I am anticipating that we won't have any soils import or export,we'll just be taking the"high side" in the southwest
corner towards the"low side" in the northeast corner.This will be within the existing fence and pulling away from the
slope.
But,we'll see officially when we get the civil drawings.

I don't think converting the asphalt to crushed gravel will trigger stormwater requirements, but I
am including Loretta to confirm. Will you be staying beneath the grading permit threshold for
rock?

Hi Kell.
As we're getting further down our path of the PUD 3 Belfair Warehouse Project, I have another
follow up question for you--
We'll be replacing all of the old asphalt at the site with more than an acre of newly opened
pervious surface made up of clean crushed rock that allows for better water infiltration.That
being the case, will we need to meet any additional stormwater requirements?The project is
still scheduled to stay completely within the existing fence line.
