Rasor Rd Belfair,WA 98528 The site is located at 1590 E. Rasor Rd, Belfair, WA 98528. The site of the proposed shop is fairly flat, with a very slight slope(<2 degrees),all gutter downspouts will flow into splashblocks for runoff to the West and Northwest directing storm water drainage towards over 100' of natural vegetation. This will also prevent the soils near the base of the shop from becoming saturated and all drainage is being directed away from existing septic tank and drain fields. Trees and other native vegetation will be left intact. Any existing buffer area will not be disturbed. The total proposed additional new impervious surface is about 3,024 square feet. In order to prevent erosion and trap sediments within the project site, the following Best Management Practices(BMPs)were or will be used: • The building pad area was previously cleared and will be graveled immediately to prevent sediment runoff. • Mulch will be spread over what little ground may be disturbed in order to bring the building pad to grade and will consist of air-dried straw to assist re-growth of natural vegetation.
