Nancy Williams, Appellant, was present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen, Assessor's Representative, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant stated that the taxable amount was too high. The Assessor commented on the pictures sent in by the Appellant. An assessment roll correction was offered to compensate for the accelerated depreciation of inferior materials and workmanship throughout both the interior and exterior of home. The Board found a preponderance of the evidence that the Assessor was in error. Therefore, the Board overrules the value and sets the assessed value for the land at$124,840 and improvements at $414,150 for a total of$538,990 for the subject parcel.
