The recording of this document amends and releases the document recorded under
AF#1831564 concerning multiple code enforcement violations of Title 14 and 15 of the
Mason County Code. All violations have been corrected. Including final occupancy of
the dwelling, building permit number BLD2006-00708, approved on September 18,
2006 and final approval of the garage, building permit number BLD2006-01034, on
September 11, 2006. Records show that the 1992 48-ft x 14-ft manufactured home was
demolished.
