F. Payment of Price. G. Deposit.Upon signing this Agreement,the Owners shall pay a$300 deposit to Town&Country Steel Buildings.The deposit shall be fully refunded in the events that(1)Town&Country Steel Buildings does not accept and sign the Agreement in the space provided in Section"K,"below,or(2)in the case of a credit sale,upon completion of the project, final inspection and approval, and final payment to Town&Country Steel Buildings, or(3)upon mutual Agreement of the parties. In the event of a cash sale, the deposit shall be credited, but not refunded, to the Owner upon completion of the project, final inspection and approval, and final payment to Town&Country Steel Buildings. The deposit will not be refunded in the events that(1)financing is arranged by Town&Country Steel Buildings as per Section"F"and the Owner is either unwilling or unable to sign the necessary loan documents within 10 days after such financing has"been arranged, or(2)Owners decide not to proceed with the project before commencement of construction, through no fault of the Contractor, or(3) upon mutual Agreement of the parties. H. Contingencies. This Agreement is subject to the following contingencies: The Owner shall notify Town&Country Steel Buildings within_days of the date of this Agreement that all contingencies stated above have been satisfied or removed. Otherwise, Town&Country Steel Buildings, at its option, may cancel this Agreement and,refund the$300 deposit to the Owners. I. In the event this contract has not been started(by no fault of contractor)within months from date of signing,the contractor shall be able to renegotiate the purchase price to reflect any market increases or decreases. J. Time of Commencement.Town&Country Steel Buildings will promptly schedule the commenceTent and completion of the building upon receipt of the building permit(residential)or approved plans(commercial), receipt of the Owner's payment of 50% of the iice, and completion of site work by the Owner, if any. K. Signing of Agreement.Owners acknowledge that they have read and understood the provisions of this Standard Form of Agreement,including the General Conditions of the Contract,and have been provided a copy of the same.This Agreement is not binding on Town&Country Steel Buildings until Town&Country Steel Buildings receives and approves this Agreement signed by the Owner,and a corporate officer of Town&Country Steel Buildings then signs this Agreement in the space provided below. When signed by a corporate officer of Town&Country Steel Buildings,,this Agreement becomes a valid,binding,and enforceable contract. There is no right of rescission. Owners acknowledge that this Agreement contains the complete understanding of the parties. There are no prior or oral Agreements or understandings other than those which are stated in this Agreement.The Owner acknowledges that all blanks have been filled in,and this Agreement states the complete Agreement of the parties.
