When doing battery calculations, please use the second column--NFPA 72. The requirement for these systems is battery capacity to run the panel in STANDBY for 24 hours,with enough reserve capacity to run the entire system in FULL ALARM for an additional 5 MINUTES. That is the function of the .08333 multiplier. 2. The wire runs on the blueprints do not correspond with the riser diagram. The riser diagram shows 3 zones: FOYER, WEST WING; SANCTUARY, SOUTH WING; ATTIC. The wire run on the blueprints shows the ATTIC & WEST WING on the same zone and ATTIC & SANCTUARY on the same zone. The riser diagram is correct. The ATTIC detectors are all to be on one zone. 3. The RISER DIAGRAM does not show the MANUAL PULLS ON ZONE 2. 4. The RISER DIAGRAM shows all of the SIGNALING DEVICES (HORNS, STROBES) on a separate circuit. The BLUEPRINTS show the signaling devices on the same circuits as the initiating devices. SIGNALING DEVICES---Horns, strobes, etc., go on a separate output circuit. INITIATING DEVICES---Manual pulls, smoke & heat detectors, etc., go on a separate input circuit. You need to show this separation on the WIRING DIAGRAM. Also, be aware that the wire sizes are different for input & output circuits. 5. Provide strobes on both dressing rooms, on a SIGNAL CIRCUIT.
