Notice
The receipt of this notice shall constitute service regarding notification of violations of the Mason
County Code, and shall also serve as Warning Notice pursuant to Mason County Code, Title 15,
Section 15.13.035. The violation(s) are occurring at the following property:
Enforcement Case: BCC2009-00080

❑ Our office has received a complaint that remodel work is being conducted at the parcel
identified above to one or more structures without a building permit or approval.
Performing regulated construction work that is not exempt from permit is a violation of
Mason County Building and Construction Code Title 14. A copy of the Mason County
exemption list is enclosed with this notice for your information. During an inspection
performed on April 28, 2009 the Mason County building inspector observed evidence
that the complaint is valid. On May 20, 2009 our office received an additional
complaint.
According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal interest in
the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to comply.
The parties shall respond to the county within twenty days of the postmark of this notice.

Order
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED to abate violation in the following manner:
1) Cease construction of all non-exempt work. Apply for, and obtain a building permit. A
building permit application package is enclosed. A complete building permit will include 3
sets of building plans drawn to scale demonstrating compliance to the 2006 edition of
the International Residential Code.
2) Another option is to remove the non-permitted, regulated construction. If you choose
this option, identify your intentions in writing immediately, proceed with the demolition,
and contact our office to arrange for a site inspection to verify compliance.
Penalties
This notice is to inform you that in the event that you fail to comply, we will pursue additional
enforcement action against you, including but not limited to recording against the parcel, civil
infractions, liens against the property through the Mason County Hearings Examiner process
and/or criminal prosecution as allowed under Title 15.13 of the Mason County Code.
In the event that you feel you have received this notice in error or that the facts are inaccurate,

We want to let you know we not build any thing,the reason those neighbors keep complain on me because he is my previous renters and his
unpaid rent cost a lot of trouble and we evicted him than he go staying and parking his trailer and living in the neighbor property address 423(

The only thing is during he rent our old home 4160 Shelton mattock rd,he broke iawindow glasses and he put plywood in replace for glasses,
w,tumxxagl,LSt and we put it back in,and do some clean up old animals/chicken home or old shed we didn'
know that we need to get a permit for that or not.
My previous renter he American born citizen speaking American and strong like a kow but he eat disable$$got coupon to see doctor.
We speaking a little English we working hard,got sick can't afford to see doctor,no one can help us at all,we all American citizen too
On the first day the neighbor complain according to your letter April-28-2009 we see the Mason County SUV vehicle drive in and look aroun
they didn't get out from the car then they drive out,couple hours later we see the county SUV vehicle drive in again and they just look arounc
and get out,and 3rd time the same day about 4pm we see the county SUV vehicle again they just drive in and turn around and get out,after the
till now we never see the county vehicle again...
About the neighbor address 4230 next to me they have been causing me a lot of trouble... they just bought this property several years ago,aft.
they move in they have couple dog and many cats and their animals kill and eat my baby duck/chicken/pigeon/ring next and pheasants and
more..I have been talk to them and they just say bad word you don't want to hear...then I contact the animal control many time is still not
work...till now my poultry still die and die... also before they fencing they cut many of my trees for their fire wood about 10 ft.wide by 400
ft.long when we not at home.I still have all those pictures,but nothing I can do.
I did not know if it require to get a permit or not I see this neighbor 4230 have building many structures add and build many things...etc:like
they have been jack the house up above the ground 3 feet high and put foundation cement,all dirt(ground)they made like a hill in front of the
house,and replaces composition house roof to metal roof,and removed old exterior siding put new in,and put many window and doors in an
do many things inside their house and have 2 huge garbage's dumpsters park by their house and building a porch and stair case,also they buil
a couple building some building they encloses and made to their offices room,and some building for storages or vehicle parking,also they
made spaces and rent to my previous renter to parking trailer and live in there and he build another shed next to the trailer...
We just wad to It you know but the Mason County already knew about our property...we bought this property$22,000 full of junk every
where old shed/old building old home many tires many hulk vehicles just about any things it's too many junks never seen... and we working
hardly try to clean up day by days put in order for more than 14 years... is now look clean but still some we stilt cleaning...
We just one to Iet you know we are the law income famil;,we collecting from-.he rent about$1200 per months,some month no money en
no pay and we have to spend more money to hire a lawyer for eviction and renters make a lot of damages to the trailers,
