NOTICE OF FINAL DECISION
Case No: SHR2005-00016
Applicant: Mason County Dept of Utilities and Waste Management
Notice is hereby given that the Mason County Department of Utilities and Waste Management, applicant
for the above referenced shoreline substantial development permit, has been granted the shoreline
substantial development permit. The request was approved pursuant to the Mason County Shoreline Master
Program and the Mason County Development Regulations specifically for the extension of an existing
sewer outfall 2,200 feet further into the saltwater of Case Inlet.

This is a final decision. No further appeals to the County are available_Appeals may be made to the
