The footing size is deficient. The footing must be either 18" diameter X 7" depth placed at 12" below grade or 16"X16"X7" placed 12" below grade. Poured in place concrete. This is the 2015 Code, which you are vested under, however if you wish to use the 2018 Code you can use it. Here is the link to the document. https://www.co.mason.wa.us/forms/Community Dev/deck.pdf 2. The plans lack clarity. Not all beam spans are labeled, and the scale is difficult to work with, I presume it is in inches. The most obvious beams in question are the beams running from North to South, between the swim spa and hot tub. What is the span of this beam? On the far left side of the drawing on page A3.0 you provide distances between post supports, Please provide this information on all beams. To best help you comply here is some information from Chapter 5 of the 2015 International Residential Code. See attached tables. 3. Plans lack framing supporting for joist and decking. How will area between swim spa and hot tub be framed and joist and decking supported. Please provided more detail on how this will be framed and what connections will be used. These revised details can be emailed directly to me.
