Future work within the vegetation buffer and shoreline critical area will be reviewed by the Dept. of Community Development prior to starting such work X Shoreline Management Act The proposed project must be consistent with all applicable policies and other provisions of the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program. X Construction Debris Removal All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the shore area after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters. X Work must be done in the dry time periods or low tide to help prevent disturbance of unstable soil layers and uncontrollable mass wasting in work area.
