This Boundary Line Agreement Deed("Agreement") is made by Blanca Katona,Grantor, and
Grantee.
RECITAL
Blanca Katona is the owner of contiguous real properties in Mason County, Washington, and
does hereby execute this instrument pursuant to the provisions of RCW 58.04.007 to resolve and
establish the boundary between her respective tracts of land,which is in dispute due to an
encroachment.
AGREEMENT
In consideration of the benefits,which are hereby acknowledged,Blanca Katona's properties
shall henceforth be described as follows:

EXCEPT the following described parcel:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of New Parcel "1"of Mason County BLA#96-
17;thence South along the west line of said Parcel, 133.20 feet;
thence North 64°00'35"East along the south line of said Parcel, 157.27 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing North 64°00'35"East,22.74 feet;
thence North 89°54'40"East, 317 feet, more or less,to Case Inlet;
thence South 9.93 feet,more or less to a point which bears North 89°54'40"East
from the True Point of Beginning;
thence South 89°54'40"West, 337 feet, more or less,to the True Point of Beginning.
