Hwy 80, #999 Yuma, AZ 85365 Dear Mr. &Mrs. Turner: The Architectural Control Committee held its regularly scheduled meeting on February 11, and considered your submission for a construction permit for your property located at 653A Portage Rd, Hartstene Pointe. It appears there is some confusion in that the structure you have submitted for permitting is a "Manufactured"home. The Architectural Control Committee will not permit nor has our com- munity at Hartstene Pointe ever approved the placement of a manufactured home. Should you like to resubmit an application for the siting of a traditional foundation and structure as described by Washington's Uniform Building Code, we will be happy to revisit your submis- sion. We are returning to Custom Construction all paperwork submitted for the construction of this home along with check number 3316 from Custom Construction for$1010.00.
