5) CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE ADOPTED
BUILDING CODE.
The construction of the permitterproject is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in conformance
with the internatildnal codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a Mason County Building

6) All propane tanks must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code and all applicable Mason County ordinances. All propane tanks filled

system air intake (direct vent appliance, ventilation air intake, etc), and,\ any weeds, grass,'brush, trash or any of r similar combu4l:b materials.

8) Owner/applicant must obtain a seperate permit for a placeme t o �ny size propane tank serving a fixed appliance within a dwelling structure or unit
prior to the placement of the tank. X
9) The placement of small propane tanks are not normally subject ermit review by the Planning Department; however, propane tanks are subject to
Planning Department regulations. Such regulations imarill onsist of setbacks from shorelines and features considered to be critical areas (streams,
wetlands, slopes, etc.) If you think such features ton near your property, please contact the Plan artment so that exact setback
requirements can be determined. X
10) All property lines shall be clearly identified at the time of foundation inspection. X

to request a finalpection t obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with
Mason Co un ance building regulations.

12) All permits expire 18 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the time for
action for a period t exceedi 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control of the permit
holder have prqy6rytteed actionkplin being taken. No more than one extension may be granted.

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days,or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is
commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied.Proof of continuation of
