complaint related to potential violations of the Mason County Code at the above address.
A site inspection performed on 5-15-18 by Stephen Scott revealed the complaint could
be valid with the below violation(s):
DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION(S): 1) Running commercial aluminum restoration business on property
that is zoned RR5
STATE LAW OR MASON COUNTY CODE(MCC)SECTION(S)IN VIOLATION:
1. Uses Permitted
a. Uses. Single-family residential, hobby farm (small scale commercial agriculture,
including aquaculture and wood lots), church, local community and recreation
centers, group homes, cell towers, fire station, fish hatchery, public utilities.
b. Accessory Uses. Cottage industry (home occupation), single-family residence.
c. Special Permit Required Uses. Essential public facility, schools, commercial day care
centers, cemetery, and home occupations and cottage industries that do not meet
the standards in section 17.03.021.
d. Signs are permitted not to exceed twelve square feet in size and six feet in height
except for temporary signs permitted by section 17.05.025. Signs prohibited by
section 17.03.203 are not allowed (MCC17.04.222)

15.13.035 which gives us the discretion to notify you of violation(s) prior to issuing a Notice
of Violation, which will provide a deadline of when the violation(s) must be corrected in
order to avoid fines and further enforcement actions.

discuss the issues and actions needed to be taken in order to correct Violations.
