Attached is the Plat map for the parcel with the hazard tree. It looks like there is a County Auditor number
written down as 252193. There is a Section "Dedication of Common Areas"where the common area is defined
as Lots 201 and 202 within this parcel.

This is a 24" DBH madrona tree. It is dead and has a possible target of the house.
I have attached a picture of the tree and a plat map showing its location. The tree is not on the bank itself. It is
