Rhonda, On Saturday, November 111h, Skyler and myself took compass readings on his property and after a few minutes of confusion,we determined that his site plan is accurate and that my original determinations in the field were incorrect as to the location of the NE corner of his property. Therefore, making the placement of his septic drain field incorrect. My apologies to everyone for this inconvenience. Please proceed with the measurements on Skylers drawing. I would like to be able to do a home owner septic install because the primary reason for the septic is my house which I start construction in in one week. I had a waiver signed stating I would only use 3 bedrooms on the 4 bedroom septic so there would be room for a bathroom in my commercial building. The only waste that would be going into the home septic would be from the building is the bathroom and our house. The people who will be using it are household members who are also employees of my business. When I first did my pre application meeting for a cannabis business I said I would have up to 5 employees. I thought everyone who works there had to be considered an employee, regardless if they were a family member who lives in the household. My cannabis facility will be the first of its kind in Washington state and only a couple others in the country are as eco friendly and sustainable as mine will be.We are a fully vegan and organic business we pride our self on producing in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.We do not use any salt based nutrients, pesticides, harsh chemicals, or gmo products. All of our plants are fed by worms breaking down vegetable, fruit, and plant matter that is grown on my farm and in-turn converted by the worms into food for our plants. Our grow beds do not have any run off that will go into the septic due to our style of growing not needing any drainage. All moisture produced is collected by dehumidifiers, ran through a RO(reverse osmosis) filter and fed back to the plants to reduce any form of waste. Our farms style of growing is no till and fully regenerative. We plan to produce hash oil with ice water and dry plant material, the only waste produced by that is water with left over plant material (stems, leafs, and flower) in it We use the water and material left over as a food source for our plants after every hash run. Once we produce hash we use heat presses to make solvent-less t oil that does not produce any waste or debris. We do not use any form of harsh chemicals, pesticides, or salt based fertilizers in any stage of our growing process. To combat any unwanted pests on plants we use their natural predators and any soil born issues are combated by a organic bacteria that consumes larvae and eggs from the inside out, everything we use is approved by usda for organic farms. My business will not be having direct customers or clients on site that need to use the bathroom. We are strictly a producer and processor that will be selling our products through retail stores never on site. When it comes to cleaning our facilities we will only be using eco friendly plant based biodegradable soap and cleaners. One of the biggest issues with cannabis facilities is the disposal of salt based nutrients and chemical bug killers used in normal commercial hydroponics and soilless grows. We do not produce any kind of waste like that. I'm willing to sign a waiver or write and notarize something stating that their will be no commercial waste going into the septic and I will not be using the septic system for anything other then a bathroom for myself and other members of my household to use. Once our facility is done I'm more than happy to give you or your office a tour so you can see first hand how sustainable and eco friendly we are. 2
