There is an existing septic system onsite equivalent to a 3- bedroom or 360 gallons per day installed under permit SWG2016-00218. The septic received an Operation&Maintenance inspection on 12-1-23 and has no observed problems. The site currently has a modular onsite used man administrative office tied to this septic system. They are proposing to add a second temporary office building and tie it into this septic system. The new building must be placed a minimum of 5 feet from the existing tank and a minimum of 10 feet from the existing drainfield. The Ridge Motorsports Group currently has 10-12 full-time office staff. This includes employees who are out in other areas of the park and typically use other restroom facilities. Flow/usage breakdown: = I80 GPD 12 full-time current office employees(8 hrs./day)Q IS GPD _ _ 180 GPD Excess capacity for future employees no to 12 ea(. 15 GPD _ 360 GPD Total maximum use This existing septic system is oversized for its application and proposed usage. This facility does not have a customer restroom and they me not planning on adding them. This is an administrative office to be used by employees only.
