ashington; on which is located an existing drainfleld and transport line
that is proposed to serve a structure awned by the above described Grantees
e m, located on the above described real estate in Legal Description (2) and
sessors Tax Parcel (2) situated in Mason County, State of Washington.
The Grantees are required to maintain the on-site septic disposal system in such a
manner to facilitate treatment and disposal of the effluent. It is the purpose of these
grants and covenants to allow easements for placement, maintenance, repairs, and
access of a transport line to Grantees current and existing drainfleld and to prevent
certain practices, which may have significant adverse impacts to the function of the
septic system.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors agree and covenants that said Grantors, their
heirs, successors and assigns will allow a utility easement for the use and purpose
of conveying sewage from one parcel to the other, to allow an easement for the

purpose of installing, maintaining or repairing the proposed transport line, the
existing drainfield and appurtenances thereto within 10 f eet of the proposed
transport line and existing drainfield and to prevent prac ' es not consistent with

as the parties agree and shall not prohibit the use r air aintenance of the the
