X 2) Flammable & Combustible Liquids -- The use, handling and storage of hazardous materials or flammable and combustible liquids in excess of 10 gallons is not allowed without the approval of the Mason County Fire Marshal. X 3) Sideyard Setback -- Proposed structure or any portion thereof greater than 30" in height from grade line, must maintain a minimum of 5' setback from all property lines, easements and 10' from all County and State Road right of ways. X 4) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- Structures shall maintain a minimum setback of 50 feet from the type IV creek.
