This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
Thomas Page &Anne Daugherty, Appellants, were present at the hearing. Assessor Patti McLean was
present.
The Appellant disagreed with his assessment but did not provide any documentary evidence to support his
estimate of value.
The Assessor provided five comparable sales which, as adjusted, ranged from $557,184 to $669,489. The
value of the subject parcel falls below this range.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $151,435 and improvements at $400,135 for a total of
$551,570 for the subject parcel.

The Appellant verbally provided three comparable sales, in support of their estimate, stating the parcel was
overvalued.
The Assessor provided four comparable sales with an adjusted value of$99,950 to $125,000, to support the
value of the subject property.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at$95,590 and improvements at $1,455 for a total of
$97,045 for the subject parcel.
