The prepared site plan is not a survey. It is the owner's responsibility to verify property line locations prior to installation. Any discrepancies must be reported to the contractor immediately. 2. Keep wheeled vehicles off the drainfield area before, during and after installation —tracked vehicles only. 3. All ground and surface water (including roof drains) must be diverted away from the drainfield and tank areas. Ensure that final grade slopes away from these areas and that water does not pool around/behind them. Use swales, berms, along with catch-basins and tight-lines, curtain drains, etc. to divert ground and surface water. 4. Curtain drains can be no closer than 10' uphill or 30' downhill from the drainfield. 5. Exposed restrictive layers, cuts, banks, etc. can be no closer than 50' downhill from the drainfield. 6. Operation & Maintenance is required by the state of Washington and the county for all septic systems. 7. Please contact B-Line Construction for periodic Operation & Maintenance service of your system. 8. System Owner is responsible for having maintenance performed according to the schedule set forth by Mason County. 9. System owner/operator is responsible for responding to alarms in a timely manner and alerting maintenance personnel as needed. 10.System owner/operator MUST NOT change settings in the control panel. Only authorized maintenance personnel may alter settings in the control panel. 11.
