RESOLUTION NO. 3 7- 8 8
RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MASON COUNTY, WASHINGTON:
WHEREAS, Mason County is the record owner of the following described real
estate;
WHEREAS, in the improvement of SR 3, Craig Road to Mill Creek by the State
of Washington, Department of Transportation, it is necessary and advisable for
the State of Washington to acquire title to ALL COUNTY ROADS and EASEMENTS,
recorded and unrecorded, rights and appurtenances thereto, located within the
limits of said highway, said lands for a right-of-way for said highway are
further described as follows:
ALL ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENTS, recorded and unrecorded, rights and
appurtenances for that portion of the County Road known as Mill Creek Road,
lying within the proposed limits of said highway and shown on Sheet 2 of 2
Sheets of the plan for the SR 3, Craig Road to Mill Creek.
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of
Mason County, it appears to the said Board that it will be for the best
interests of both Mason County and the State of Washington that Mason County
convey said lands to the State of Washington by Quit Claim Deed for a
consideration of Mutual Benefits;
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County, Washington, that Mason County, in accordance with RCW 47.12.040
and through its Board of County Commissioners to deliver said deed to the State
of Washington, Department of Transportation.
PASSED and APPROVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners this
l7th day of May , 1988.
