EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
FAIR
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time
of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding obligation
for a special revenue fund in the following department:
Fair - $25,000.00 - Capital Improvements
Fair - $7,500.00 - General Expenditures
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners will hold a public hearing in their chambers, Mason County Courthouse
Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington on Tuesday, October 10, 1989, at the
hour of 9:45 a.m. to consider an emergency appropriation to the special revenue fund- Fair
Budget in the estimated amount of $32,500.00 for the above mentioned purposes.
