COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
Brockdale Road - #50090
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to KCW 47.48'010, the BroCkdal8 Road,
County Road Number 50090, shall be closed to all through traffic from July 31,
1989 to September 26, 1989, inclusive, from its intersection with MCReavy Road
(Co. Road No. 67530) west to State Highway 101; a length of approximately 1.35
mil88.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board Of C0UOt« Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure apubliC necessity to facilitate the improvement
of the 1'36 miles of the Bruckdale Road through grading, draining and surfacing
with Asphalt Concrete Class B.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed
as prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1989.
