Emergency Appropriation - Law Library Superior CourtRESOLUTION NO. 49-89 EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision for emergency appropriations as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding obligation for the Special Revenue Fund in the following department: Law Library - Superior Court - $4,000 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County Commissioners will hold a public hearing in their chambers, Courthouse Annex II, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, on Tuesday July 11, 1989, at the hour of 10:45 a.m., to consider an emergency appropriation to the budget for the Special Revenue Fund in the estimated amount of $4,000 for the above -mentioned purposes. All interested citizens are invited to attend. Questions may be directed to the Budget Director, Chris Freed, prior to the hearing at 427-9670 x 423. PASSED this 27th day of June, 1989.
