SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision
for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to
a grant from Mason -Thurston Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse Advisory Board for
development of a Minor in Possession Alcohol and Drug Curriculum.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 27th day of June, at the hour of 11:45 a.m., the Board of County
Commissioners of Mason County, at the Courthouse Annex II, Shelton, Washington, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the
matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Probation Services
Department fund, in the estimated amount of $495.00, for the above -mentioned
purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and
directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 6th day of June, 1989.
