SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of yconditions which could no,t be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it isnecessary to make provision
for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to
a grant from Washington State Parks and Recreation for a Boating Safety Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 6th day of June, at the hour of 9:15 a.m., the Board of County
Commissioners of Mason County, at the Courthouse Annex II, Shelton, Washington, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the
matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Equipment Rental
and Revolving Department fund, in the estimated amount of $15,000, for the above -
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized,
empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as
provided by law.
PASSED this 16th day of May, 1989.
